FE Development Director

BBAE is a FINRA registered broker-dealer and SIPC member. Through BBAE, individual retail customer accounts can buy and sell U.S. listed stocks and ETF’s with $0 commission.

Mainly in charge of all front-end related content in company, including iOS, Android, Web’s development, deployment, monitoring, alarm and so on. There are 2 web developers, 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers, and 1 UI in my group.

Major products:

• Main programs for customers, iOS & Android
• Webpages for customers and businesses; background management for businesses; Wechat related promotion.
• ODM programs for businesses, You could make purchases of features like supermarket and package apps for different requirements quickly. Dozens of products are online currently。
• SDK, it can embed into third-party apps, so that the apps can easily and quickly support stocks trading, intelligent investment adviser, ipo, options and so on.

This team’s target is to reduce the time and manpower costs for FEs to develop a touch website and also let them have ability to build app. There are 15 FE developers and 7 native (IOS and Android) developers in this team.

There are more than 20 products producing by this team, half of them are widely used in company, just like:

• Hybrid solution of apps: 3 parts – Native plugin, Server support, Web component. It helps developer develop apps fast and has abilities just like incremental OTA, offline mode. It supported more than 50 independent sub-projects and more than 10 independent clients up to Mar.2016.
• Qunar React Native: fork Facebook React Native, drawing on the advantages of Hybrid framework, it can be dynamically upgraded, and also removes the coding difference between IOS and Android.
• Qunar API: Javascript API Adapter for Hybrid framework, RN framework, Wechat and Html5.
• Avalon & OniUI: MVVM+Components, it can be used to build a back-end management system quickly.
• Icon Font Management
• QDoc(API documentation generator), QAPI(Mock API) and so on.

And also in charge of company’s technology selection, staff recruitment and promotion.

2013 – 2014, FE Leader in SCM Team and TC member

Build Supply Chain Management FE Team, In this team there are about 15 FEs members, I was mainly in charge of

• CRM system.
• Contract system.
• CMS system.
• Staff recruitment and promotion (Company level).
• Technology selection (Company level).

In this period, I made QUI Framework for FEs to build a website quickly, because I do think building a OA-like website should be fast and simple. The idea of the framework is based on MVVM and RIA, so that the developer should not need to care of the UI, just build the business.

Build Hotel FE Team, there are about 12 FEs members in this team, I was mainly in charge of
